Inspiration: The White Lady (type of ghost)Well what do you know? My first fan made Eeveelution. And of course it's a ghost type. Only one thought remains. Does this look like a convincing Eeveelution? Trying to replicate the body type wasn't easy, I will say, but I think it looks okay.
UPDATE: I decided to redraw it after seeing some amazing fan made eeveelutions for the body reference. Also it evolves from Eevee when leveled up at night while knowing a Ghost-type move.
