Description
Inspiration: George Washington, Goulong (a highly venerated dog dragon in Chinese mythology), American Foxhound, this definition of nobility: the quality or state of being noble in character, quality, or rankThis guy was probably one of the fun I had making a Pokemon in a while, but that didn't stop them from being challenging. The biggest question was how could I make this look like a cute and humble, but powerful mythical Pokemon based on my inspiration without overdoing the design? I think I achieved it, but I'm not 100% sold on the eyes. They were supposed to be a subtle reference to Washington formerly fighting for the British, but I don't know. With all of the blue, they kind of stand out like a sore thumb.
UPDATE: I decided to give this guy a moderate redesign. Now the eyes look much better on them.
