Honestly, I have no idea how fast they'd be. I imagine they'd be slower than Carnotaurus (which was about the speed of a domestic cat).

Well a domestic cat tops at 48 km/h according to internet. I thought Carnotaurus was faster than that but still is faster than any human, and probably had a good stamina due to a birdlike respiratory system
Edit: ok I misunderstood the quote on the picture. I thought it sayed that the baby sauropods could outrace Usain Bolt
