I loved the hole provence, but this little village / castle was sooo sweet and inspiring! <333 (Most of all the sweets! xDDD)

No, this kind of frame accentuates the subject of the picture. It is a technique often applied in the field of photography!

well, of course - being long time in that business I know this manner - but still it reminds me of daeth and it takes a lot of the light - just opposite of the intention: probably you want to show the bright colours (then you should give a much larger frame in black, no a whole side in black) - but instead of this in combination with the first small white frame you give the impression of taking away something -.. but anyway: donΒ΄t mind and enjoy your own taste - thatΒ΄s why we all find together here... - and the shot is still great
