Does anyone know what's happened to him? Did he ever make it out okay? Did he die? It's been a couple of years now. What happened to him?

Terrific pic here. Even now it's hard to think that something could happen in this country like that. On the reason of why I'm even looking at this just under two years later, I'm wondering if I could have permission to use this pic for a video I'm making. It's a slam poem video that I'm making for school and will be uploaded up to Youtube so I wanted to ask for permission to use this work.

Seriously. a kid who is not even in middle school yet, gets overwhelmingly amazing grades in school, plays violin, and only wants to help people in the world all of it out of all the childhood years he has growing up and they try to make his life hell
