you mind some critique? ^w^
First of all, I love this picture :3 It's amazing, and really nice taken :3
but one thing that kind of tok my distraction, was a bit the eyebrows <.< ... I feel so mean for saying it, but, I think the picture would have looked a bit better if you had plucked the eyebrows (not draw them on, but just pluck those that's outside the "optimal" shape of her natural eyebrow.
I love how the gloden glow from the light is reflecting/glowing in her hair and the bubble. giving it a special effect.
tbh, it was just the eyebrow that "annoyed" me a bit ^^` but you haven't really overdone the makeup or anything, it looks really good, the only thing I would fix on was the eyebrow ^^

yeah, I wouldn't mind being a bit more critiqued, though, I don't want to have an aggrevated and mean critique, more easy, cause Im not used to get, or give it >.< ...
even though Im not a great photographer, dont mean I dont know how to get stuff better ^^
hmm, I will look through your pictures, you seem to mostly have underwater pictures, I kind of love it, sins I love swimming, and, I love water mostly... heh, I even kinda destroyed my hair, it got lack of moisture, cause of that I swimmed so much when I Was younger, it gotten less, but that dont mean I dont like it anymore ^w^

Water is my favorite too, I don't know why and I don't want to know so instead of thinking I take pictures !

Indeed it seems to me it's a good idea 
As for critics :
I starter criticize the photos of others and read the critics of other photographers. It really helps to get the "eye" and know a little what you are doing ! You just have to see my first pictures here and understand the evolution came quite only from that !
And as you said, mean critics is not good. Actually "mean" critics are not critics. Critics are objectives and only on fact. If you talk about feelings it is more feedbacks than critics
