Yeah, I figured I should draw her alone this time. My parents are talking giving me things for digital but I dunno what tools. Because I would like to try digital art and step out traditional art for awhile.

Well, drawing tablet is surely one of best choices for that: although a bit pricy (I only got mine as X-mas gift 3 years ago).
But to start with something, perhaps G.I.M.P is the best pick. It's entirely free and allows beginners to learn fast yet offer experienced plenty of options. I cannot recommend it enough no neat that program is; it's just so easy!
