The last one, I think. If you didn't read the comments on the other renders, which no one ever does, this is based on the Resident Evil 2 image in-game in which Rebecca is in this basketball getup, sitting indian style, in a backyard or a park somewhere. A basketball court seems more logical for someone wearing basketball attire.

Canonically, as far as I know, there is never any explicit mention that Claire has ever met Rebecca. In the SD Perry book they spend a few hours getting shot at/almost dying together in Utah but Capcom has so kindly decided that despite S.D. Perry being every bit the great author her father is and writing two excellent original novels, not to mention her excellent novelization of RE2 and RE1 (sorry I've never played RE0 and RE3 and Code Veronica don't need me to read them because I don't like those games, though I enjoyed them), those stories should not be cannon.
But common sense would dictate that, assuming Claire went to college close enough to Raccoon city that she could drive there on a motorcycle without any luggage (If you're an obsessor they pointed out in the RE2 strategy guide that according to the area codes from certain images appearing in resident evil 2, Raccoon City would be square in the middle of Manhattan. I don't know why I typed that, sorry, I lost my train of thought, lol) so I would assume she went to NYU or Ithaca or another school in the area, she would have visited her hometown (assuming it is their hometown, right? It is isn't it?) before it the events of RE1 and/or 2, and since she and her brother apparently have a functional enough relationship that she would come searching for him, my deductive reasoning brings me to the conclusion that it's likely she would have at least met Rebecca and Jill, and other such people.
