gotta love those corny catchphrasesYugioh has been a big influence in my life since I was four, so I decided to do a fan art of the most badass protagonist of the series, Yusei Fudo

That aside, I love how you brought him to life with the tone and coloring of the overall drawing. His blue eyes always stuck out to me (they'resopretty) and the fact that you have them narrowed, calculating and determined makes me love it even more. I also like that you got his facial marker to shine~ it's a shame they never brought up the possibility of removing it from their faces once the boundaries between NDC and Satellite were torn down. However, I don't think Yusei's the type to care. It's still stands out remarkably well. His hair's a beast to draw - since it's made up of symmetrical shapes - but you got the wacky hairstyle down pat and I think, aside from his eyes, that's probably my favorite part to look at.
Junk Warrior coming out of the Synchro Summoning behind really gives it a vibe that they're not going to back down. I love that. Your choice in the overall tone and color is really great to see, given that 5D's was pretty dark from start to finish (not counting the filler hell in the middle that was weak af, although some of them were pretty amusing) and you captured that heavy tone from the show so well. Excellent job!

No probs! I use a Yusei deck and have three copies of the spell, Scrap Fist. The card is really good!

I'm more a fan of the Japanese language ones myself. Those summon chants are badass.

Also, that's a bloody fantastic drawing. Rare to see art like this for Yu-Gi-Oh! on dA.
