I have the idea that several cyclones of the Atlantic and Pacific are physically similar, in this case I put the example with Gert and Gilma.

There are curious things about these Hurricanes:

Gilma: In 2007 there was a request made by Hawaii to retire certain Hurricanes and the reasons for the retirement of Gilma is her passage near the islands in 1982, 1988 and 1994 (In this year also due to its intensity) when she did damage minimum in the three years. None of the Hurricanes within the petition were retired.

Gert: The story of her in 1993 is interesting. In my opinion, her passage through Mexico was similar to Diana's in 1990 (Even Gert was more expensive than Diana).

Do you think that there are other Hurricanes that look alike even if they are from different Oceans?
