This one rocks, it's on my desktop and I've given it a +fav. I especially like the fact that the grass kinda looks like carpet.... was that done intentionally? anyway, I think it gives this paper the edge over many other green grass blue sky wallpapers, good job man!

Make vertical white stripes spaced at your will. Then apply... Filter-distort-rectangular->

Yes you have. The complete name of the filter is:
Distor - > Polar Coordinates -> Rectangular to Polar (choose this option).

You need to make the stripes bigger and more space between them. Make them in separated photoshop file, a bigger file, then import them to that file.
