Oh wow I had no idea this would be animated, it looks amazing!! I absolutely adore the style, the bright purple colours work amazingly well in contrast with Shadow's green eyes and I love the city backdrop, very pretty. The glitchy effect really adds to the Hotline Miami vibe and you did a fantastic job on Shadow as well, he looks really great in your style, I like the claws especially!
