I really like how this came out! You have a nice style and good digital-art skills! (: I really like the lineart, it's very precise and smooth, and the shading also looks good. Also, I love the eye! <3
I don't have much to critique about it. What is bugging me the most is the fact that the back of its body is much smaller then the front. I can easily cut the drawing into two, right in the half, and make two different drawings out of'em, but together they look a little wrong. Try this: select the whole drawing from its shoulders 'till the tail and expand it. But do this while sketching, or else the lineart quality'll be totally killed!
Other than that, I'd say you should make the paws a little smaller. You're making the middle fingers too big, try to bring them closer to the side fingers. And maybe the legs shouldn't be so thick, watch out for that too.
One last thing. I really like your shading, I myself also love to add different colors and gradients to it, but watch out for dark colors. Can you see the shading is not very clear in the darker colors of the wolf? In some areas, it's even hard to see there's a shading. What I suggest is, use a different color in darker areas. (:

Wow, I love the line art and earthy colors, they fit together so well ^^ I also especially love the eyes and the texture, though the front paws and legs could be a little smaller/thinner? c: (Please take as constructive criticism)
