X3 Aaaw, thank you Angel! If you mean the smokey effect, that's just the Airbrush tool from Paint Tool SAI with a semi low opacity (Can't remember what) just loosely scribbled ^^ I recorded it with a Hypercam, but the one i downloaded is no good anymore it seems
