Good job. I find Tennant's really hit or miss for me--sometimes I get the likeness and sometimes I don't. Tom Baker is the same.

Yeah, most Doctors are. Which is probably a must-have upon application.
I find it easier to draw Ten if I try NOT to draw David Tennant. Sounds Crazy, but works (often).
