Description sketches from the recent cracow trip. our hotel and that famous courtyard from schindler's list (which i sketched because of the architecture, not the movie).
30 min. each, right one rough/unfinished because it started to rain.

Pretty cool - i REALLY like your pencil works. You have these characteristic rough strokes, yet you keep it together really well and it just makes it very alive and fresh. Especially because you have a good eye for tones.

thank you so much for your kind words.
I do recognise my style being different from most others out there. We were drilled at art school to not just shade dark areas, but create graphic structures to liven them up. So it's my teacher's fault.

Haha I see. My teacher were similar about textures. XD
At first I didn't like the idea. But it was because I didn't like HIS style, his way to do so. But I learnt to like it eventually after seeing some good examples.

I just realized Cracow is, where I live... It's awesome that you drew something from my country! How was the trip? Sounds a little rainy, huh? But I hope it wasn't raining all your stay.

nah, almost no rain. just two small showers (which is quite a miracle considering what that weather front did to other parts of poland). the second of them was inconvenient because of the drawing.
have been to krakΓ³w four times now and each visit was amazing. i'm in love with the city and its easy going, friendly people. but i can't get a hang on your language. i really tied, but my mouth isn't made for it.

That's good that rain didn't atack you like me for example yesterday! Me and my dad were just driving, then it's started to rain really badly like we were sudden in the middle of storm! But it's not the worst, after that there started to hail! Lots of people just stop under the bridge.
Sometimes even me polish weater suprise.
I heard about that. Cracow even won to be "The most friendly city". Too bad I wasn't there.
I know what you mean! I think it's (after japanesse) the hardest language.
