For some odd reason, it reminds me of the old Ankou legends :3

Maybe the hat and the scythe, although you can see his face. I did name him the watcher, and it was Ankous' choice to watch over graveyards. I wasn't thinking of Ankou when I did this work but did intend for him to portend Death.
