Description
Most 'Outsiders' are descended one way or another from the original group of evil lions which attempted to take over the still young Pridelands during Askari's time. Askari's roar injuring the majority, and shot them right out of the Pridelands. Many of the group were killed in the battle/from the roar, though from those who did survive swore vengeance on the Ndona pride and would stop at nothing to finish what they had originally set out to do and that Day the Outsiders where born.

The lions of this pride are born into a legacy of fierce and noble warriors, and so strength and the ability to fight is a much valued thing among them. The Mbala pride are tough as nails fighters, and their primary way of bonding is a good sparring session. They teach their young to be ferocious and bold, and are not the type to back down from a fight. This pride values good fighters and hunters above almost everything else, and their traditions and celebrations almost always center around fighting. Don't be decieved by their harsh nature however, because family is what comes first and foremost to this pride. They are fiercely loyal to each other above anything else, and will fight to the death to defend one of their own.

The laws of nature itself, the "strongest survives while the weakest perish" is the rule that Outlanders inherit within their blood. Lions of the Outlands are closest to the real-life lions. Adult males are being exiled and they need to earn their place in different pride, competing with existing male leader. The power is everything for the Outlander males and they fight to death with each other for the right to be the leader of the pride. Though if the male considers himself strong enough, he will go further and conquer neighboring prides or even try to interfere with different territory. Outlanders are very ambitious and they constantly seek ways to broaden their lands. Females are very fierce and powerful as well, though they are not so eager for power, since females usually are part of the pride ruled by a male. Females are very protective over their family and will do everything to protect their territory and pride.

Outsider trivia

Outsider names
(e.g. Spotty, Digger, Scruffy, Chippy, etc): Most Outsider lionesses have a birth name and an 'Outsider name' which they mainly go by. There are multiple reasons for having one, the most prominent being that it allows for more cohesive teamwork and communication by defaulting to a nickname then just yelling out someone's entire name. Names are usually individually chosen by the user and are typically given after they've begin training as a cub to be capable hunters/fighters.
