Dear god this took longer than I thought.Here's Millie in her final design in both her everyday garb and her tricked out 'rescue suit' with extra gadgetry and gee-gaws.
I am SO looking for a CGI artist to render her in 3-D with the goal of making 3D printed statuettes of her.
If you know of a talented artist that you'd recommend, feel free to drop a link in the comments below.
I've since revised her design to make her less Disney-like

I mean both!Β I can sculpt a 3D model of her, and then make a 3D print of her.Β I just got a printer that's specifically made for making small, high detail pieces.Β I'm talking REALLY HIGH DETAIL.
I can also make molds for faster duplication.

It depends on whether or not they're already rigged.Β I need to be able to pose them however you want them first, and then export the posed mesh.
Are they rigged (and in what software) and what formats do you have them in?

They are both rigged. One was made in Blender and the other consists of an MTL and OBJ file.

I tell you one think that has occurred to me-given her distinct appearance I'd would love to see someone actually dress up has her, just to see what it would look like.
There's a whole pantheon of super hero costumes in shops and online, but you'd need to probably custom make this one.
I've even made a mental list of what you'd need, including yellow spandex(?) catsuit, black rubber boots, black gloves, belt, a black shoulder-length wig, and a white duck mask.
It's just curiosity, that's all...

When I first saw this I thought "Oh look! Bell's smiling! She's finally come to terms with herself and has found happiness!" But at closer glance it looks to be more of an apprehensive smirk

Oh yes ... a good reference/model sheet takes a good while to get. Β Lining all the details up, making sure everything looks good, and that's just keeping the pose simple. Β The professor I had for Character Design and StoryboardingΒ gave extra points to a complicated pose to do the rotation of: front, back, and side ... though sometimes you needed both sides to make the character look right.
