Getting stuck up at the top isn't such a bad thing. You have a terrific view! Unless you meant trapped in the elevators! It's actually more like an amusement park ride tram...see [link] . And each "pod" in the tram is pretty small; they only fit 5 people sitting, if I remember right. It's a fun ride (unless you're cluster-phobic or really tall or big). If you're ever in St. Louis, add it to your to-do list.

No, not in the elevators I don't think. yeah, I actually read the entire Wikipedia article I was really bored and it was actually really interesting. But wow, I don't remember reading that. that's cool (= I don't think I'd be able to do it though I'm a bit claustrophobic. Maybe though, if I'm ever in St. Louis!

You could always just stare up from the base. Photos just don't do justice to how large it is when you're standing right next to it!
