Just a Gray Fox oekaki. This is what I imagine he looked like when he was with FOXHOUND, before the Zanzibar incident. I NEED A REF FOR HIS UNIFORM? IS THERE EVEN ONE? I only have that faggy little head sprite and some Null pictures @_@.

Foxhound never really seemed to have an official uniform, since its changed depending on the person and the time period. Snake's MG1 one somewhat resembles what big boss had, only a bad 80's not well thought out version. Since the FOX units knocked off of BB's uniform which was from the boss, I'd think that the other FoxHound unit members would have something similar, only maybe more personalized. So he would have some sort of blade, since he likes them. Or maybe it would be closer to the suits that the FOX officers wore, like Null's. Considering MGS4 comes out soon, I think we may get a glimpse of them in there.
As for an officer's uniform, what you did works. Its usually just green with decorations on it.

No, the concept sketches are of him in a normal shirt, and then what he would look like with the Ninja helmet taken off, atleast thats what the MGS1 sketch artbook thing contained. Nothing of his past around this time period exists, but if you look around some people have gotten creative and make costumes for him based on the pixelated images from the MG2 game.
