1 "Cyber Dragon" monster + 1+ monsters in the Extra Monster Zone
Cannot be used as Fusion Material. Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending the above cards from either field to the GY. (You do not use "Polymerization".) The original ATK of this card becomes 1200 x the number of Fusion Materials used for its Special Summon.

Honestly, as a long time Cyber Dragon player, I feel pretty let down by this card.

Well it outs any extra deck monsters your opponent has in either Extra Monster Zone. you know how SPYRALs and World Chalice can summon Link monsters in both Extra Monster Zones? This gets rid of all that and your opponent can't do anything about it since it's a summoning condition similar to Kaijus.
I've been playing Cyber Dragons for a while too and I honestly really like this card. It's simple effects but it's effective.

I'm well aware of that, I made a detailed discussion of the card elsewhere. My problem is that after you get rid of the monster(s) in the extra monster zone, you're left with a 2400+ beater and that's it. It's basically a tailored Kaiju, which isn't as good as a real Kaiju.

Well Cyber Dragon decks already main deck kaijus so this just makes them all the more threatening. Kaijus only deal with one monster, this deals with two without losing your Normal Summon.

This deals with up to 2 monsters in an Extra Monster Zone, Jizukiru deals with any monster in any Monster Zone, and doesn't waste a normal summon. Afterwards you can still Chimeratech it away with Fortress Dragon.

Unless we're talking about True Draco or OCG Qli, there's not really going to be any monsters in the main monster zone you want to get rid of. (Unless we're talking about Dinomists or Paleozoic because of what Mistar Boy allows those decks to do when pared with Proxy Dragon.)

Regardless of the zone the monster is in, I'd much rather have a Kaiju for those, and a new monster that actually makes the deck viable. This card doesn't fix Cyber Dragons in the slightest.

That doesn't make it a bad monster either. You don't have to rely on DNA Surgery (declaring Machine) to out any extra deck monster with Fortress Dragon now.

This card LITERALLLLYYYYY saves Cyber Dragons. They were about to be dead in Master Rule 4, but Konami were like "We didn't forget you guys!" and I am happy for them
