If this guy was a non-Xyz Dragon, he would get along well with Divine Dragon Lord Felgrand and Arkbrave Dragon (their effects don't work with monsters that have Ranks, but only Levels, unfortunately), I imagine.

Effect reads: "During the End Phase of the turn that this card was destroyed by and sent to the Graveyard". Doesn't say what it needs to be destroyed by. Card shows this.
Other than that, absolutely wonderful card! Beautiful card, and a good effect that plays well into the archetype keeping it good and silly!

You don't need two garunixs. you can overlay high garunix and his sister the sacred phoenix and then viola.

Amazing job! Love the artwork, and the fire king archetype. Unfortunately, I have to say that this card is very situational and probably harms you more than the opponent. Fire kings need three copy's of the new card "supply squad" and use Tenki/call of the haunted as well. Plus, it only works with face up cards so your opponent can set whatever and dodge its effect. Also, it is very rare to have two garunuxs on your side of the field at the same time. In fact, Extremely rare, because they just loop. It might be good in other decks because it is so generic, and works really well with call of the haunted (instantly blow up all face up cards is like artifact moralltach on steroids) but it will be extremely hard to do in the fire king deck. Finally, even if you do manage two garunuxs on the field you don't want to waste them going into this monster. For the artwork, I have to say that this card is massively underpowered and situational. Maybe if it was '2 Level 4 "Fire King" monsters'. Still, I love the card and it has great artwork so I wish I could have it in real life because it looks so cool. I'm assuming that the card text is supposed to read "when this card is destroyed by 'a card effect' and sent to the graveyard".
