Lore: ①: During your opponent's Draw Phase, if you control no cards: You can target 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card from your Deck; place that target on the top of your Deck. ②: Once por turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 Xyz Monster in your Extra Deck; Special Summon 1 monster from your Deck with a Level equal to the Rank of the targeted monster. ③: "Number" Monsters you control do not have to detach an Xyz Material(s) to activate an effect that is activated by detaching their own Xyz Material(s).

...how the first effect is supposed to work? If you don't control cards, how can you activate the effect of a Field Spell, which should be on your field?
Also, cards in the Deck can't be targeted...
