During your Draw Phase, instead of conducting your normal draw: You can add this card from your Graveyard to your hand.

This card is SO broken now. They'll either change the effect for the TCG, make it permanently banned (like Pot of Greed will be), or won't make the card at all.

This is the fourth Rank-Up-Magic card they made, this looks awesome, a Rank-Up card that lets you Xyz Summon a Xyz Monster that 2 Ranks higher than the one on the field.
