You kind of lost me with that aging thing. It seemed sudden and insufficiently explained compared to the rest of your setting. But then, the psychic healing kind of was, too - there hasn't been a lot to this point to indicate we were going with more soft science/space fantasy elements like these (the style of imagery certainly doesn't suggest it either), and suddenly boom, boom, we're away from mildly alien biology and cyborgs into borderline magic.
It won't stop me reading the rest of it, but it feels a little out of place.

I was going for shock value on the aging thing. I was trying not to tip my hand too much and ruin the surprise. As to the psychic healing thing, issue 01 kind of explained most of that and I didnt feel the need to explain it all over again. Maybe I should have.

Maybe I should've done a "story so far" page like some Marvel Comics do. I know I've seen it in the latest volume of Fantastic Four. That way get everyone up to speed in case they've forgotten what's gone on before or are brand new to this universe. Just a thought.

Now there's just the little matter of everyone having aged so much. I'd hate for so many of them to have to retire before Issue 3.
