The other one is Markoop, a Member from the Winzwald Familiy. He has met Toadworth and the Princess the first time in my frist Story. It was not a friendly visit from the old Para-Koopa. Rathr he came in the Palace to vent his anger and Markoop stay since he get back, what he miss.
In this time he assemble a deep friendship to Toadsworth. Altough Markoop is very different to the Minister of the Mushroomkingdom.
Markoop is gruff and tangible and says what he thinks. The Para-Koopa calls Toadsworth "old Boy" and is the only one, allowed to do this. But he is faithful and manner and a true Helper too.
