I got one puff in mind, and its not Amber (or Berry depending on which you like better) if that's what you're thinking. This person that I'm thinking of would do this kind of damage without so much as thinking against it, or a true murderer in short terms, and a bit like Blood she doesn't need to be in physical contact with her victims to cause death...

Well she is pretty much like Bossy's Bosen, only has Flight, Super Strength, and Super Speed. Even at first glance she wouldn't pose much of a threat. However, that's one of the few advantages that she uses to kill her opponent. It is her special power that makes her deadly, control over the shadows and darkness. Her control over them is so good that she can even use her opponnet's shadow to use the Silent Kill Maneuver. In easier terms: destroy the opponnet's shadow, destroy the opponnet without them even knowing she made a move. She can also paralyze them by simply grabing their shadow with her own and make them do whatever they wish though its breakable. It is when she is in darkness that she is invincible for she can become darkness herself and strike her opponnet silently and quickly. I'm sure you can figure out when she is at her weakest, but she can still be deadly, and it is also the fact that she only cares about killing that also makes her dangerous. Biohazard herself could be a dead cyborg if she wasn't careful.

True, but Bianca can force their shadows to do whatever she wants and if the shadow is under her control, so is the caster. Either that, or she would simply kill them by loads of ways. Bianca was born from the darkness and shadows of Him, and brought to life by the puff that we all know forcefully.
