Description
Something me and my good friend are working on.Behania controls the balance between life and ruin in the palm of her hands. Literally. As easily as she can bring healing to someone, so too can she take that health away. Her beauty hides her new, deadly power.
She does not fight physically. Her ability is enough to make her foes fall dead at her feet. And with her own self-healing ability, it's difficult to even graze her.
She and her New Trinity friends will be the focus of J8d's newest project. Behania's certainly a gorgeous young lady. I love my design of her and how J8d brings her to life!

This has been discussed plenty of times - I am perfectly in the right creating my own version for my story as he allowed me to do for his characters.
I don't understand what you mean with Vinz. PPGD is his story, using his direction. Therefore, the changes he makes to the characters are owned by him, but the original character isn't.
I've made extensive changes to Behania, and I own those changes. However, I don't own what she originally was. Thankfully there was so much improvement needed from that original form that I was able to create something vastly different that I and others can be proud of. Done with permission, too.

yeah, i understand that, the point here is that you are fully stating that behania is YOURS, and the proof is the description of the picture, and at this point, all your rights are broken if the original author does not approve your "changes" so, ask Jose and then tell me if all your speech is fully justified or not
deny it as much as you want, but you cant hide the fact that you are just ripping the character without stating who is the real and only owner of Behania, or are you scared enough to hide the truth and shield yourself with your talented friends?

What I am saying is that this version, the teenage Helix Behania, is mine. The changes were approved long ago, right back at the first time I drew her in this manner.
I'm not ripping anything off. Her original form is nothing. No personality, no character, no appeal. There is no reason to enjoy reading about her. She is not the same as the girl you see here. I own the changes that I made and I am proud of those changes.
And I look forward to writing her into her first story in the near future. I don't need my friends to back up my cause, because that'd only make things worse for people like you who love to argue pointlessly.
If I had her creator's mentality, I'd block you so that you didn't annoy me anymore. But I won't. You can express your opinion as much as you want to.

You sound like another poor idiot who loved to complain about my money, my friends and my influence. Nobody gave a crap what he said, in the end. He just wanted to complain because he had no way of using what I had for his means. That's why he enjoyed arguing, and it's why you now argue for him. I'm a writer. My characters are expressed in the art others make of them, for which I reward them properly.
The original Behania was nothing. She had no ambition because she was not created to be a serious character. I made her a serious character and that's why I own the changes I made. That's all there is to it. Anything else you wanna say?

Maybe the original behania was indeed something with no ambition, but thats what used to make her unique, keeping a pure image, until you corrupted her, if you dont want arguings then just start from scratch like a real man and create all your world by your own sweat, like any other rich men, dont steal the sweat of the poor's brow
there's still a way to be rich and honorable, too bad you are not of that type, i just hope you can open your eyes and start being a real artist

A character created for no ambition other than to sucker in fanartists using unfair art trades and using her in sexual fantasies (which make her anything but a pure image) has no future as a character and shouldn't even be called such. The only sweat from that person's brow comes from his frequent self-pleasuring thanks to all those fantasies I just mentioned. Anything decent done for that girl was not done by him.
Like I said, your opinion is noted. It's a shame, for you, that most people actually see the good I do for poor Behania rather than complaining in an argument they can't win.

Characters doesnt need an Ambition, and dont come out with sexual fantasies because you are not the most fit to justify yourself with that

Well, unless you see that picture of his version with a penis, or naked puffstyle images, I expect you to remain ignorant of the whole truth. And that's how you've come across in this whole argument - ignorant.
Characters do need ambition in order to succeed as characters. They need to start small and get bigger. That is how they appeal to people. When something is made with a name and a face but nothing aside from the fact that she is a girl and girl = sextoy, then that's not a character, it's just a fantasy tool. This Behania has been saved from that sort of existence. I'm doing her and her original creator a favour by shedding my own sweat on my own brow, something he's failed to do in a creative sense.
Again, I remind you - I made her this way years ago and I'm keeping her this way long into the future. I appreciate your viewpoint and I understand that since you're a bit ingorant of the facts that you persist in arguing. However, you're not changing anything. I suggest you do what other people did and give up.

characters might need an "ambition" but if the creator doesnt wants to give it to it then deal with it and let it be, do not take action by your own will, and if you do, do it properly, by just stating who the real creator is and paying its deserved respect you can save yourself a lot of troubles
and i know i might not change anything, by myself, but i know that smart enough people will start noticing this little flaws that have grown bigger over time and ended corrupting everything around us

Forget the rest of his stupid banter (because he also is missing the point), what you are complaining about is that the character isn't his, and you are correct, the character is not of his property.

Ah, i see what you mean, but i think there's a case of misunderstanding too.
After he told you that the changes are his, all further mentions of the character being his referes to the changes, not the actual character.
I already told him he's fucking it up, i hope that the argument ends, this is a fine piece of artwork, and believe me, most of us know that gamefan also deserves a tip of the hat for the creation of the character, no one thinks this is griddles character anyway.
