The character Deep Toot from the Fairly OddParents 3-part mini-movie 'Channel Chasers'.My little sis showed me the episode and I gotta admit, it was very clever. The character Deep Toot only appears briefly, but she passes along some very important information: Timmy's babysitter Vicky is EVIL!

By the way, according to her, she is NOT Vicky's little sister.

*hears Timmy's dad laughing again, Ivan gets ticked and charges up his own version of the Falcon Punch*
Ivan: Rising Phoenix!(sounds familiar?) *a giant phoenix was summoned and uses Ivan's punch as a propeller, it hits Timmy's dad and sends him sky high, and he (Tim's dad) screams like a girl.*
Anyway, Deep Too *looks around, no laughing* or Tootie looks and sounds like a cheesy detective/spy type, not being angry, but I find it awesome. *hears T Dad's scream.* I've always wanted to do this... FALCON.... PUNCH! *WHAM!* yes!
