I've jumped on the PPGZ bandwagon and from that produced this very rough concept. I came up with a human name for her, and her surname might indicate something.I like the idea others used with the whole skipping rope deal. Worked for me. Good counter weapon to Blossom's yo-yo.
You're probably thinking 'Glisten Bell? WTF?'. Well, to be honest, I had no idea what kinda fancy adjective should go with such a name. If anyone has any other suggestions (remember, this is mere concept art) I'd be happy to hear them. And no, do NOT say 'Jingle'. That.... well... I don't like it.
One last question that begs attention: Would she be a black light or white light character?

I reckon she'd want to be, and then her team would be able to conduct themselves with a bit more authority than the PPGZ. If the SPGZ were in town, all those black light monsters would know to stay far away from the city.
