Brina's got a ravenous imagination and it needs feeding! Her ImagiSnake looks a little hungry, so she's trapped this unfortunate zombie (Prof. Gabriel from my work, though he looks like Willem Dafoe [link] ) for its next meal! Look carefully - you can see that he's stitched at the middle. Maybe he wants to find Behania and get some revenge?

And hot damn that outfit Sabrina's wearing is SEXY!

I wanna make a quick mention of something.

The world which is depicted in my work, which is not too different from our own, is populated by humans who are struggling to keep their societies intact in the face of war, diminishing resources and strained relations. The advent of the superhuman is a balance-tipping yet terrifying prospect for these people.

Sabrina, like many of the characters in my work, is one of these rare Wild superhumans which have grown more abundant in the last 15 years or so. Not everyone wants these people to exist. Not everyone is willing to stand on equal ground with these new people who are by all means superior to them. Humanity is comfortable being the dominant species. They don't feel like sharing.

When disagreements become too much, things get violent. These girls are forced to defend themselves. There's no pointlessness to using their powers to defend themselves and others and well as send a message to the instigators. Blood created Helix to give others like herself a safe harbour. Behania undertook new training to unlock her hidden ability in order to make a difference with her own hands rather than simply watching others get slaughtered. A new war may be bristling on the horizon and these kids will be ready.

And if you think that violence is pointless, what makes that any war fought in human history before? Riddle me that.
