Hopper is a grasshopper-themed Gangler Monster that is equipped with a can of bugspray-like treasure called It's a Bug's World/C'est un monde d'insectes.

He is armed with bladed legs for combat, can able to jump and kick with great intensity, move at superhuman speeds, jump high into the air and over long distances, emit electricity from his antennae and can fly he's also armed with a pair of sickles for both energy slashes and sound pulse emission, plus when equipped with It's a Bug's World/C'est un monde d'insectes he can also fire a beam from his antennae that'll transform/shrunk anyone into the size of insects.

His name belongs to the original grasshopper baddy from a Bug's Life movie and he's based off the following grasshopper-themed monsters from the Kamen Rider franchise, also the Police Squadron: Interpolger vs Thievius Squadron: Robberranger belonged to Eli-J-Brony.
