Description You aren't going to learn from tracing- although you might end up being reported for art theft.
It's also not right to benefit from someone else's hard work when you pretty much expended no effort in making that tracing.
(Not to mention most groups WILL NOT take them- and these are usually the bigger groups, too.)

Using reference images, looking up tutorials, and just drawing are how you learn.
It's important to remember that you aren't supposed to just directly copy your reference, (that would be stealing,) but use it to figure how to draw things your own way. ^^

Remember that improvement doesn't happen overnight: practice often and give it time.
Tracing is NOT a shortcut to good art- it's a PITFALL. And a nasty one at that.

(The sole exception to this rule, of course, is tracing YOUR OWN stuff- which is what light boxes and tracing paper are for- to help with clean up and preservation of your artwork, not to copy others.)

Trust me, you'll have a much better gallery that way. ^^

Yep. That's what Manga Tutorial books are for, mostly the ones by Chris Hart
