Ever been up late at night, only to be seized by a strong desire to draw a two-headed clown?

That's how this guy happened- though I did have the common sense to wait until the next day.

He's actually been sitting around for awhile- so I figured I better get him up before I forget him entirely. ^ ^;

(Kinda have to wonder why such a thing would exist in the first place- maybe there's been budget cuts at the freak show or something? *shrugs*)
