Makes me feel slightly nostalgic... I have an rp with a friend that is getting close to five years old. Having a world for that long, a bunch of characters really do develop into it, as well as the story. We've gone nuts with it, and have gone into the past with it, and even have personal "non cannon" stories that we either do individually or collaboratively (like flipping everyone's gender around).
So, yay to all of your characters, and yay to so many years of sharing them with a good friend. Props go out to you, and I hope many healthy years more of story telling and world building to you

I don't think I could keep track of THIS many characters, well I know I can't cuz I have this many characters, probs more, and I barely do ANYTHING with any of them lol, I keep forgetting about them heheh ;U;
But your story sounds interesting, I like each of their backgrounds/history... My faves are probably: Mia, Rafael, William, Kristofer, Mike, and Sunami. CUTE!

you should try extreme role play. It's when you role play while you're skateboarding. It's some real 90's stuff but I think you can handle it
