Amazing picture, but the little white specks confused me. I thought they were specks on my screen and I tried to brush them off XD

This is amazing! The only problem I had was that the dragon appears to be watching us and not the cat which makes the scene seem more like an interruption than a confrontation.
Unless that's what you were aiming for which in that case ignore me please.

The serpent needs better focus and fixation upon the other subject. The serpent it's self needs varying sizes and with it accordingly "blurs aka less contrast", of coil. To represent distance to give a over all greater feeling of the immense challenge the serpent represents.
It is a nice piece, but just a small and few edits could make it masterful.
