8D a quick Korra animation, Inspired from seeing the epic korra animation on the front page, so wanted to doodle one myself. I maybe finish it later.Still first sketches so there is lots of weird stuff going on, when I upload a better sketch version, it will be easier for people to crit it.
*u* I felt this were to agressive for it to be Aang, so Korra fits better. ELEMENTs <3 Dodging arrows, or maybe something else? Give a suggestion as to what she will be dodging and I might use that instead haha.
Made in flash, over 100 frames so far several of them being hold more than one grame.

I first thought she was dodging the Earth discs from the bending tournament but now that i think about it, it reminds me of those rope thingys that the equalists use

She should be dodging those weird flying earth disks thingies that they use in the bending matches
Or they could be a new form of equalist weapon where instead of having to have contact with those gloves they could shoot electrical bullet/arrow things

she will by a cooker and her CAKE machine going to get crazy.(like shaky tennis ball machine) She going to have a big cook hat and cakes will by sticky on hit,some of them stay on wall,some fall or slide down.

i think i try to animate too hard, i tried to make a bending fight scene but for the sketch i made all the joints drawn and i spent so far, way too much time on it and its not even a second long

Animation takes alot of work, using many hours on just something that is a few seconds isnt uncommon, that happens to me aswell x3 Dont give up, try to work on something else or start very simple just adding in keyframes

It's a wonderful draft, imo! You already have planned out the major motions, and it looks realistically sound. I agree, Aang would probably have a more peaceful (and perhaps airbending-oriented?) way of dodging, haha. Anyways, love it~!

For the bending this is what I think they are,
the first two could both be fire, but the first one could also be water , then a earth bending block, then air bending.
They could be fight the leftover equalists?
