I dont see this as a problem? sure it has the same flow to it, but it isnt a trace or a carbon copy ;3 and the style is vastly different aswell

Well the thing is, this person has traced a lot. There are a lot of bits that are obviously heavily referenced (The fur on the lower chest is copied if you compare them) and they have traced and referenced a lot of other works too for money. Their previous account was @/DrunkNWast3d and the proof of tracing is still over there, they haven't hid comments. They also admitted to copying off the reference sheet; orig08.deviantart.net/acfc/f/2… so I feel like they cross referenced both of them. Another thing that caught me was that the eyelash is showing from behind the head. That's not coincidental, that's a specific detail that you had on yours. So they traced on one account, got caught, then hopped to another one to trace and reference other people's art for money.
I made this to detail some harder to notice at first glance similarities beyond general posing and scheme. The lower fur was copied as shown there (bluelined yours and put it next to the other person's), three back fluffs, and the same number of toes are showing. While these alone (with the exception of the belly fluff) is definitely not difinitive proof I feel like it in conjunction with all the other similarities and things mentioned are definitely evidence).
Exhibit B on the current account to show that they've been doing this multiple times.

o.o why are you putting this much time into it. I know they copied my art I just dont have a problem with it since its different enough that it no longer looks or is my art
tracing and copying is tweo different things, and these arent traced they are copied. Sometimes copying is ok sometimes its not. it depends on the art itself. I dont think the red dog is similar enough to my art that I would have to say anything to them is all im saying. It isnt traced, just simple reffrenced.
As someone who deals with people stealing and copying my stuff all the time xD this one isnt that bad and as i said has its own style. They copied the pose thats all. And poses cannot be copyrighted.
So instead of accusing them for stealing ask them to give credit were credit is due :3

Well the big problem is that they're charging people money for things they're copying off you and other artists who don't want their work copied. (That and they have traced before and are completely denying that they used you as a reference. They're insisting that it's all 100% their work. I don't know if they're traced off you directly in the past but they have definitely traced.) I mean if you're okay with your commissions being copied and sold for money that's your business... but I was letting you know since most artists aren't chill with that.
