felt like my first drawing afte a while would be a gift for someone xD and this time it is for *Autumnqq ^^ helping with redesigning her character. Hope you like it

Hello! I'm sure you're super busy and I'm really sorry for posting on a deviation that was created a really long time ago, but like others who have posted I was wondering if you had any ideas to help me redesign my character . I'm trying to redesign her since I think her design is very bland and not as exciting or eye-catching as I would like it to be. If you have any suggestions or ideas I would appreciate it!

I think you should simplify the spots on the face and back, they seem to small compared to the rest of the design, maybe just make some bigger and not so many? And I would probably make the greenblue more limegreen ^^ and make the eyes the same limegreen. White inner ears would look good aswell.

Sorry for asking this on a deviation that was posted last year
but like many others,
I was wondering if maybe you could help me with my fursona's design~
Lately, her design has just been feelings...boring I suppose ouo"
Whether I should tone things down or add in some unexpected colors I'm not entirely sure xD
I'd greatly appreciate it if you could give me a few tips ;w;

I would probably work on making her simpler, its lots of diffrent markings going on and its usually enough with maybe around 2. And the antlers are diffrent in each drawing, im not sure if thats intentional or not but I really like them the way they are when you see her from behind ^^ I would also try to make the legs like the ears where they are all dark and white at the tip, so you getmore balance and maybe make the collar more colorfull seeing how everything else is brown ( more intense colors less pastell ) And maybe choose one special marking like either the heart, star or swirl to use in several places ^^ Hope it helps.

I just wanted to get an opinion on a character. [link]
I keep trying and trying at this design and i just keep getting a feeling that there is something lacking.
I have changed it many times,but i just don't get it?
And i was wondering if you could give me any tips,or suggestions on how to make the design better in anyway would be helpful. ;w;

Hay! I would probably remove some stuff rather than add some. Like the design on the buttarea seems very random and not well thought out, maybe give it a racoon mask? the face seems nakid compared to the rest, I LOVE the tail and ears in all seasons! dont change them 8D maybe keep a simple leg design that is the same through the whole season?, the wings is enough design to keep on the body ^^

First of all I would try to keep the color amount down to 3.
I like how simple the character is, 8D simple characters are always the best! I would probably remove the purple color and the markings on the legs. And keep the hair green and gray only ^^

I love the colors you have choosen for her. ^^ I would maybe drop the three spots on the tail and thie and the two stripes in her face. Because I dont think you need them, she looks cuter without them

It's not the fact that its plain.
It's because she has the same design as any other fox character D:
And I noticed more and more people are making fox fursonas and OC's so I feel less original ;_;
But I'm really bad at making original designs TT_TT

Fox characters has existed since forever x3 you can still have a totally normal fox and still make it original, It doesnt have to have fancy markings or colors to make it original, sometimes even one marking is enough. I like characters better that is simple and natural

Just give your design something that you dont see much of, but just remember that when you make something cool, its often that people will start making the same things xD just look at snuffen.
