The grass type looks like a Chespin without that green thing on its head, and the fire type looks like Chimchar and Cyndaquil. Usualy your characters designs are much better that this xD But they're cute. The water type is my favorite

Daww, Mustachio looks sort of like a Deku! As a lifelong Grass-starter-user, I'd definitely love this lil guy!
As for the others... I'd say Corbler for the Fire (Dexter Impersonation: "The Core Pokemon. Rumor has it that Corbler are born in the molten core of the earth, only taking their first breath when they dig to the surface. The plate on it's head can crush through hard boulders."), and Finaprim for the Water ("The Posh Pokemon. Finaprim are very picky Pokemon and will not even eat food unless it is presented elegantly.
