For the fire Type, maybe, Feutiki? Feu is french for fire, and the thing on her head reminds me of a tiki mask. :3

you should name the fire one serpens
serpens= dragon in latin
it also means other things as well, but dragon is one of the meanings
the water one should be named syreni
syreni= mermaid in latin
it make sense to me, since when i think mermaid i think sirens and the water one looks like it is singing.
you should definatley draw their evolutions, oh how i wish these were actual starters.
