I like the use of green and browns together. I actually don't see too many earthly colored characters around so it interesting to actually view one.

Good colors depends on who sees them really xD just try to doodle down lots of diffrent combos and see who you like the best. You can also read about complementary contrast, thats a great way to choose good colors
