Name is a mix of KAtt and Fisk which is the norwegian names for Cat and fish xD LAWL

A few questions
1. can the outer fish tail shape be water or around the paws?
2. Can it an Kattisk be elemental themed? (EX : a Kattisk with icicles as whiskers, a mountain poking out of the back fluff, ice-themed in general)
3. Can fins be coming out of the back of the feet?
4. Can you have a DTA Adoptable be a Kattisk? Or any other species of your creation for the matter?
5. Is there certain accessories Kattisks can have or certain ones they can't have?
