Why is it I could not find this in your "fanart" folder? It's just not there.

I always wonder why Revengence Raiden never talked with a lisp, considering he had no lower lip.
But then I always wondered why in 4 he could do the same thing with that see-through lip.
For that matter, why do his teeth line up with his upper lip? Did he have catastrophic underbite?
