very nice use of colour and lighting! youve got a very good feeling into the picture.
the one thing that sticks out to me however is the diffirence in detail between the eye and the rest of the dragon. it would be nice to see a fully detailed picture. although this style of paintery splodgyness is nice the loss of detail makes the picture look unfinished.
though you have picked up using sia very quickly! weel done!

I do the same in sai as I do in photoshop really xD but instead of changing the opacity it has opacity on how hard or how light you press with the tablet pen
