YUSH I had to redo this whole thing from loosing it last time. ANYWAY 8D added a lot more fun things to do!if you see typos let me know!
HERE IS THE PARTS SEPERATE
this was mostly made for animal characters, but you can use it for both, just change out soem words and stuff in places you feel needs it 
you can fill this out how you want to with sketches, photos, text or drawings You can change whatever you want on it. Awesome note piece used from here www.deviantart.com/art/Paper-S… by girlisradd Font used in the meme is Hobo Std8D HAVE FUN! Just X out any part of it you dont want to do or whatever you want.

j'ai voulu faire l colo d'anjalie, mais le papier a très mal réagi aux aquarelles
donc il faut acheter du nouveau papier
mais le format est si petit que je galère avec des aquarelles
donc je dois trouver une autre technique

Try splitting it in half, work on it on two canvases on SAI, then put it back together when it's done! Using MS Paint or something

If you're using SAI, go to options --> Max file size
Actually, I copied the image (right click--copy image) and went into sai File -- create canvas from clipboard and that worked as well even though it was larger than my max file size limit

i'm assuming youre trying to use Sai to open it?
if so, then yea it wont open. you're going to have to crop the image a bunch of times in another program that can open the file
(by cropping i mean just breaking it up into different parts)
I just used Paint. came out to be 9 different files for me
