Fps here is 6 so its pretty low sdfs , normally its best to have 12 or 24 for animations.And also, the more inbetweens ( drawings between the key positions) the smoother it gets.
And this is a pertty quick and simple turorial, noting awesome. So i hope it will help someone out there. Tried to make it as good and fast as possible thinking of not having that much time to play around with x3

IF YOU Use this tutorial to make animations and post them somewere, the only rule is to link back to this so others can do it to if they want to.

And for thoose who dont have flash or photoshop or doesnt know how to make animations in them, draw them seperate as they are on diffrent layers right ontop of eatchother and animate them on this site [link]

Do you use flash? If you do then you need to upload the swf file, if not you need to make a gif. Both need previews when uploaded, just use a still drawing of the animation :3

I don't have flash, sadly. I have photoshop, and I saved it as a jpg, gif and png file, and none of them would work for me... sad face.

Gis is the only one that supports animation, and to save it from photoshop as an animation you go to file and then save for web ^^

Also, if anyone uses GIMP, you can make animations by drawing on different layers and saving as a .GIF selecting "Save as Animation."
