there is a age limit because there is some material on this site that may not be appropriate for children under the age of 13. This is the definition of parental advisory. It is the reason for the rule. just because someone who thinks it is ok to be exposed to that doesn't mean their parents are ok with it. DA can get sued. Personally I don't want the place I post my art to get taken down by a million dollar law suit cause some stupid 12 year old was like. I'M A FUCKING ADULT.

Yes but you can easily turn mature filters off. You also EXPECT that underage are mature enough to make that choice. they are not. Actually...BEING on this site and knowledgeably being underage is breaking the law. You are putting the whole site in danger of lawsuit. THAT is selfish. xD BUT YOUR MISSING THE POINT. ITs not about people wanting to do art and not, its about the coppa rule, GO READ IT. It is not pointless to report them, there is a reason there are agerestrictions on the internett just like there are age restrictions in real life. Im sure there are TONS of kids who would love to drive cars, but the age is 16 someplaces 18 other places for a reason. Same with drinking same with so many other things. And im sure MANY of the people to young would love to do those things to.

once upon a time, there was a girl named Mizamy, That was browsing the site and stumbled upon a Pedophile.
a little asian man pretending to be a underage user. he was posting hentai and removing with as soon as i got 1 comment.
he Tried to groom some underage users by claiming "My mommy said not to tell people my age." and "can we roleplay like in my pictures"
he even asked a 11 year old girl her skype and she gave it to him.
i noted her and told her to delete and block the old man cause that it what he was.
i reported this man to the admins and was praised for it.
this was the 3rd time i had found pedophiles on here trying to groom children.
the very children that should not be on here cause lets fact it. its an adult site.
I have gotten banned, Rapists, Abusers of Women, Pedophiles.
there is NO way I can get to them all so if i see a child on here. I ban suspend them for the protection of them and the site
their account is back up when they hit the right age.
the fact you are telling me if COPPA gets the site shut down, its my fault...... No. its not. just stop saying that.

I don't go "user hunting" or anything. and its not a joy its more I am concerned from some of the stuff i have seen on here.
at 24 some things still disturb me so having a young person see it, is not good.
