I wish all things were in the same location instead of having two different pages. dA stahp I cant take it im dying I swear. No im not, but this would be nice : D I like statuses, and there is no way to see your own?? without having to use that activity widget which looks awefull and is huge and Β can only be placed on the top right corner of your page. A lot of people use custom widgets instead. And now you have to go to the dark side to be able to get the option of create new status or new poll. Ido like cookies, and I do like starwars. But why have two seperate locations to upload things, were one gets special treatment and has more things to add:C Β sad day. And this is some sexy art btw.Besides tons of unused sexy space beside the profile, gallery, prints, favourites and journal : D

I agree so much! I ned this really bad. I's a pain for me to upload statuses and polls because I have the edit page, put polls on my page, make a poll, then delete it off my page. I hate it. PLEASE DO THIS!

the tab for polls would be great but happily you can access them by simply going on someone's journals and then adding in URL /poll :^D

I like where you're going. We had an idea we put into watch beta that had a posts tab and it includes status, journals, polls, and forums from the people you watch. We could follow the same idea for profile - except for your Posts (journals, status, polls and forums).

I was dead against statuses in the beginning, but I have to admit they're pretty handy for little things not worth making a journal about. BUT YES SO AWKWARD, I've also noticed it's impossible to see other's statuses after you've read them as they don't appear to show up in the watch thing? Or is that just me?

Maybe the status&poll can be under the "journal" section or something, I know that most people don't use those features as much so having them that big on your frontpage isn't too necessary but having a place to actually be able to see statuses&polls would still be nice ;3;

it's like journal and deviants etc.. where I have some kind of bad habit to watch the deviants and totally forgot the journals ( used to be on the same pages ).
Because peoples never learn to don't touch something who work.

Did you submit this idea to the suggestions forum ? Make sure you do, and then let your watchers know you did, so they can support it there.

I know, but suggestions stay in there until they can be handled. And it's supposed to be the place staff looks for good ideas, so if you want to be heard, post it in there.

Completely agreed. I always have to go on a sort of treasure-hunt to find my polls because I always forget where they're hidden at Dx
I've complained a lot about the activity widget. In my opinion, there should be a special widget just for sprecent status updates (like there is one for recent tweets), or a customizable activity widget that we could choose what to show on it.
But if that's a bit difficult to implement there should be at least a page in which we could view all the updates without browsing the cluttered watch feed :/

I wish you hovered over the DeviantArt logo and there was a huge home for everything there, why are things all over the place? I like everything to be organized and in it's place, and DA needs work there. You don't even really know what DA has to offer, I didn't even know we could have a portfolio set up for the longest time and I have been here like... 6 years lol and you always have to dig to find the simplest things
I have been suggesting (among many other things fav.me/d8x6phd and fav.me/d8uw6f1 ) a collab feature, where when you and someone else work one something then both get the credit.

I agree tho. I go to polls through badges, maybe it would be easier to move the "More Pages" tab from there to the front page and add status in it? It would be more neat

AWWWW MAN! You can see previous polls if someone has the widget on their page, but it would be super interesting to read through Peoples statuses

it'd also be awesome if you could actually have the whole 'remove poll/status from messages' thing! so you don't have to go back to the notifications page and remove them.
OH and this one's a little random but they really need to make something like a 'spoilers alert/spoilers filter' for fanart x'D where the artist can show like one part of the drawing that's non-spoilery as the thumbnail, and requires the viewer to click "proceed to see fanart" to see the whole drawing. idk that's just something that'll be neat. I absolutely hate spoilers and they can stop me from continuing the rest of the series sometimes.

I still find it difficult to find things on this site and ive been here for five or so years now.. (plus they need to update TOS and contact details-- it still mentions deviantDOLLARS not points...)

Oh, I had such a hard time trying to find out how to post my status update. Took quite a bit of navigation xD. I had to go to the home page, click watch, then click posts before I could find the sort of blend in button. Oh man, I totally agree with this. Also that looks like a nice way to set the status/polls up.

yep, oh man... oh, can you use the watch2.0 still? Mine went away and so did the toggle in the bottom corner. I wonder if they have a status thing for that new header and if that is the case they released the status updates before having the easy tools to access it.
